Texas Senate Passes Bill Requiring Students To Play On Athletic Teams Associated With Birth Sex

Some rationality has finally struck legislative government when it comes to transgender persons and sports.

Friday, the Texas State Senate has passed a law that will require students to play on athletic teams that correspond with their biological sex, assigned at birth.

According to the legislation, the only modified birth certificates that will legally suffice, are those changed due to simple clerical errors.

Men, are biologically stronger than women on an average basis. The male body has more testosterone, and develops muscle quicker than most females.

Men an women also have undeniably different body structures that allow for different and unique athletic capabilities.

It would be wholly unfair for a male, especially a young male who has not been fully transitioned, or transitioned for long to compete against biological women.

“This is all about girls and protecting them in our sports,” State Republican Representative Valoree Swanson said.

No longer will young women in Texas be forced out of their athletic positions to be replaced by men posing as women.

Ironic, that the left so desperately wants to “smash the (nonexistent) patriarchy” but fights so hard to allow biological men to dominate women’s sports.
