SCOTUS To Possibly Publish Roe v Wade Ruling Monday

America is preparing for another wave of violence as the country anticipates that the Supreme Court May publish its opinion overturning Roe versus Wade on Monday.

Fox News reported, The Supreme Court could issue a ruling on abortion as soon as Monday, which would be days after a memo leaked from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reveals the Biden administration is preparing for a nationwide wave of violence following the decision on the future of Roe v. Wade.

The DHS memo mentions investigations into threats to vandalize “burn down and storm” the Supreme Court building. It also concerns protests at the homes of sitting SCOTUS justices.

The leaked Supreme Court draft opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito is a 98-page evisceration of the 1973 ruling that made abortion legal up until the 3rd trimester in most instances.

In 73’, the court acted as a legislature. They created an entire framework revolving around viability that asserted when abortion was allowed, and when it wasn’t. The constitution makes no mention of abortion whatsoever.

The court essentially pulled the ruling out of thin air despite being required to make rulings based on the constitution. The 10th Amendment clearly stated that powers not delegated to the federal government in the document are to be reserved for the states.
