“You’ve been vaccinated and you parade around in two masks for show. You can’t get it again,” he said.

“Here we go again with the theater. Let’s get down to the facts,” Fauci responded. “Can I just state for the record that masks are not theater. I totally disagree with you,” Fauci later added.

“There’s virtually zero percent chance you’re going to get it,” Paul snapped back, “And you’re telling people that have had the vaccine who have immunity—you’re defying everything we know about immunity by telling people to wear masks who have been vaccinated.”

In the circumstance that someone has been infected once it is understandable that doctors would want them to continue wearing a mask. There are several variants of the virus that could still infect them.

The “science” (Fauci’s science) however breaks when he holds the same standard for vaccinated individuals.
