Joe Biden’s Poll Ratings DROPPED in his handling of the Crime Surge

Amid the ongoing crime surge and Biden’s poor handling of it, his ratings have significantly dropped according to a July 2nd poll. 

The Daily Caller reported, Americans gave President Joe Biden a poor rating regarding his handling of the ongoing crime surge in American cities in a July 2 poll.

An ABC News/Washington Post poll revealed that only 38% of Americans surveyed approve of Biden’s handling of the surge. Overall, 48% disapprove of the president’s job on crime.

51% of America believe that gun control legislation has the ability to decrease crime rates. Despite the fact that making weapons illegal does not stop criminals from obtaining them. In fact making more weapons illegal will only create new crime.

81% of Democrats subscribe to this idea, while at the same time only 13% of Republicans do. 

It tends to be true, that in areas like Chicago with the most gun control have the highest violent crime rates. 

According to the survey, 55% of Americans believe that the best solution to the surge would be increasing funding to the police. 

The poll also showed that a majority (36%) trust Republicans to solve the issue rather than Democrats (35%)
