Former President Donald J Trump has returned to the stage to deliver a speech at the North Carolina Republican Convention. He spoke on his accomplishments as President, Joe Biden’s failures, the coronavirus pandemic, midterms, and his social media bans.

Trump started off his speech by saying “It’s great to be back in Greenville with so many proud, North Carolina patriots who love our country, support our military, respect our police, honor our flag and always put America first, we don’t put America second,” he continued, “As we gather tonight, our country is being destroyed before our very own eyes.”

The President also gave his support to election audits in Arizona and Georgia. ABC wrote that nonpartisan audits had already taken place, and found nothing. They were reluctant to even refer to current audits as such. “So-called audits” the outlet wrote.

When he spoke of the Wuhan lab leak theory, he spoke confidently. He said that the virus came from China (which it did) and then alluded that the theory was an obvious truth.

“We had this horrible thing come in from China. And we got that one right too, by the way. Did you see what’s going on over the last — with the lab? Wuhan. That was an easy one,” he said.

The 45th Commander-In-Chief then called for the Chinese government to pay reparations. He said that the world should demand accountability. “They must pay” he asserted. “A minimum of $10 trillion” he demanded.

Regardless of whether or not the virus was manufactured in a Chinese lab, if the Chinese government had been up front with the rest of the world, it is very likely that lives would have been spared.

The former President said that the GOP would have a “tremendous 2022” referencing the mid term elections. He then hinted at a presidential run in 2024.

The former President brought Lara Trump on stage. Lara is the wife of his middle son Eric. Lara announced that she would not be running for senate in 2022.

When 45 got onto the topic of social media, he commented on Facebooks most recent announcement regarding his account.

“They may allow me back in two years — I’m not too interested in that,” it’s unclear what he means by this. Many expect that he will Perdue legal action against the organization in order to restore his accounts ability to post sooner. This comes after his blog “From The Desk Of Donald J Trump” was willfully shut down permanently.

Trump finished his 90 minute speech by saying “I am not the one trying to undermine American democracy, I am the one trying to save it. Please remember that,” applause followed.
