OSHA Implementation of Biden’s tyrannical Covid-19 vaccine mandate for businesses with more than 100 employees has been suspended.
WSPA 7 News, a CBS affiliate reported, Following a November 12 decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration says they have suspended all activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the emergency temporary standard requiring employers with more than 100 employees to require vaccination or COVID-19 testing pending future developments in the litigation.
The ruling essentially dictates that OSHA cannot take any steps to implement or enforce such a mandate that would require employee vaccination.
The mandate would put the majority of the American work force under threat of job loss over the vaccine. There could not be a more detrimental time to force Americans out of work.
America is barely recovering from the months of COVID-19 related lockdowns last year. Another surge of unemployment would be disastrous.
Under the mandate, employers had 30 days from November 5th to devise a plan that would institute and enforce the rule over their employees.
Many businesses had already begun rolling out guidelines that would comply with the OSHA rule prior to its suspension.
