Last week, Chinese President Xi Jinping warned President Biden during a phone call not to express support for Taiwan’s independence, reported the New York Post. Now Biden has knelt to China and headed their warning.

As Nancy Pelosi prepares for a scheduled trip to Taiwan, Beijing appears to be preparing for military intervention. A Chinese state-owned media company even suggested that if Pelosi entered Taiwanese airspace with an escort, their military could simply shoot her down.

This would almost certainly result in an immediate declaration of war, that would undoubtedly escalate into a world war. It’s a wonder why Pelosi hasn’t canceled the trip considering the risk involved not only to herself but to every American back home.

“China appears to be positioning itself to potentially take further steps in the coming days and, perhaps, over a long time horizon. These potential steps include military provocation, such as firing missiles in the Taiwan Strait or around Taiwan,” said White House National Security Council coordinator for strategic communications John Kirby

China has not bombed the Taiwan Strait since 1996, meanwhile Beijing acts as if America is the agitator.
