Lawsuit Filed Against Wisconsin School That Failed To Comply With CDC Guidance

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Waukesha School District in Wisconsin for not adhering to CDC guidance in relation to COVID-19. The school has not properly followed guidance for masking, social distancing, and quarantining.

CBS 58 reported, The lawsuit, filed by a parent, states that on May 12, 2021 the Waukesha School Board of Education voted to remove most of the Covid-19 mitigation procedures from schools within the district, despite guidance from the CDC and the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Many Americans would find no issue if COVID-19 restrictions remained in place for the rest of their lives. This nation has never seen such a resistance to normalcy, thanks to media fear-mongering.

Benjamin Franklin once stated, “He who would trade essential liberty for some temporary safety deserves neither Liberty nor safety.”

The quote could not be more fitting for the current state of the American Union, as the  government wages war on personal freedom.

Americans are forced to wear certain attire, forced to receive chemical injection, forced to stay home, and forced to stay away from hospitalized friends and family all in the name of temporary safety.
