Family Of Marine Fallen In Afghanistan Withdrawal is SUEING Alec Baldwin

Rylee McCollum was a marine killed by ISIS-K suicide bombers during Biden’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan. Now, McCollum’s family is suing Alec Baldwin after he falsely accused some of its members of being capitol rioters.

Baldwin initially had tracked down McCollum’s sister, Roice, and messaged her on Instagram. He gave the sister a check for $5,000 as a tribute for his widow and child on the way.

It wasn’t until this month when Roice posted a picture of herself at the Washington Monument, taken on January 6th that Baldwin changed his attitude towards the family. The photo was reposted to Roice’s Instagram page on January 1 2022 just before the anniversary of the capitol riot.

Roice did attend protests in support of the former President but did not take part in the rioting that followed. Rylee McCollum’s widow, nor his other sister were in D.C. on the day of the event.

After seeing the image, Baldwin promptly reached back out to Roice, “Are you the same woman I sent the $ for your sister’s husband who was killed during the Afghanistan exit?”

“When I sent the $ for your late brother, out of real respect for his service to this country, I didn’t know you were a January 6th rioter,” Baldwin bluntly stated.

Roice insisted that she was not a rioter, and did not breach the capitol. She even told Baldwin that the FBI had already interviewed her.

“Your activities resulted in the unlawful destruction of government property, the death of a law enforcement officer, an assault on the certification of the presidential election. I reposted your photo. Good luck,” the celebrity said.

Baldwin posted the image on his Instagram with 2.4 million followers. He told his fans that Roice was involved in the protest on January 6th.

Roice was immediately bombarded with hostile and aggressive messages. Comments under her posts accuse her of being a terrorist and a rioter – non of which is true.
