Kamala Harris Gives Out Cookies of Herself to Reporters on Route to Guatemala

According to White House Correspondent Courtney Subramanian, Vice President Kamala Harris gave out cookies to members of the press that resembled her White House portrait while on Air Force 2 headed to Guatemala to meet with resident Alejandro Giammattei.

The trip is also her first trip abroad as the Vice President.

GOP Chairwoman, Ronna McDaniel, called out Harris on her priorities on Twitter, saying this is, “The modern-day equivalent of ‘let them eat cake.'”

House Republican Leader, Kevin McCarthy, referenced Harris’s lack of attention at the border, saying she could stop by “it’s just a 2-hour plane ride.”
