Hillary Clinton has announced that she will not run for President again in 2024.

The Daily Caller reported, Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton firmly declared that she will not be running for president again following her two failed bids in 2008 and 2016.

After telling CBS anchor Norah O’Donnell no to the election question, Clinton added “”But I’m gonna do everything I can to make sure that we have a president who respects our democracy and the rule of law and upholds our institutions.”

Talk of Clinton running once more and potentially even getting a rematch against former President Donald Trump seems to have increased since many Democrats lost faith in Joe Biden.

With Hillary out, it may prove difficult for the Democrat party to find a candidate capable of unifying the party and winning a presidential election.

Currently, Joe Biden is incredibly unpopular among the Democrat party and it is unclear who exactly will step in as the primary candidate for 2024.

An NBC News poll (74%) felt that the country is headed in the wrong direction under President Joe Biden. The same poll also revealed that 56% of respondents took issue with Joe Biden’s handling of the economy.

Another topic Americans had strong opinions on was the “inflation reduction act” which the congressional budget office projects will have “negligible” effects on the status of inflation.

According to the poll, 35% of those asked indicated that they feel the bill would make their situation worse, and 36% felt it wouldn’t make a difference to their current situation.

Clinton also made comment on Donald Trump. When asked what would happen if he ran once more, she said, “He should be soundly defeated.”

all the while, Trump has climbed in the polls after the FBI raid on his Mar-A-Lago estate.
