Texas And Louisiana Gear Up For A Lawsuit Against Biden

Texas and Louisiana have decided to bring civil action against the Biden Administration for failure to comply with lawful duty.

“Federal law requires Defendants to take custody of many criminal aliens, including those with final orders of removal, those convicted of drug offenses, and those convicted of crimes of moral turpitude,”the case says “By refusing to take these criminal aliens into custody, Defendants have disregarded non-discretionary legal duties.”

Texas also brought a lawsuit forward earlier this year when Biden attempted to put a 100 day halt to deportations. The lawsuit blocked this moratorium.

The lawsuit claims that due to Administrative action from Biden, criminals have been released into American communities, and contributed to the ongoing border crisis.

“President Biden’s outright refusal to enforce the law is exacerbating an unprecedented border crisis. By failing to take custody of criminal aliens and giving no explanation for this reckless policy change, the Biden Administration is demonstrating a blatant disregard for Texans’ and Americans’ safety,” Ken Paxton asserted.

Biden has undoubtedly been too lenient on illegal immigration. Foreign parents have been sending their children to America on the basis that they don’t believe he is deporting migrants.

In Biden’s first press conference he was made aware of this, and asked if his messaging was irresponsible. Biden deflected.

The President was also asked if he felt that he rolled back Trump era immigration policies too quickly. He deflected here too falling back on family separation and actually attempting to take credit for ending it, when in fact he did not. He appeals to emotion.
