On March 14th a United States drone was collided with by a Russian fighter jet and was forced to crash into the Black Sea. Recent reports suggest that the fighter jets dumped fuel on the drone and the crash was intentional.
The release of this video happened around the same time the US began to scurry to secure the fallen MQ-9 drone. The Russian Navy currently has a full team searching the Black Sea for any debris or remnants they can find.
Two Russian Su-27 fighter planes dump fuel on the American drone MQ-9 UAV conducting operations over the Black Sea, and then one strikes the drone’s propeller, causing it to crash. Only during the height of the Cold War when a US aircraft was brought down by a Russian warplane.

One US official believes that with the depths of the Black Sea, recovery of this drone may be difficult. Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman, General Mark Milley, reiterated that they believe the Drone to be nearly 4,000 to 5,000 feet sea level already.
Currently the United States has no ships stationed in the Black Sea. When asked about this, Milley said the “The US has partners and allies in the region.” The US is currently negotiating with Turkey to pass through their port.
? Will there be a direct violation of the 100-year-old Montreux Agreement?!

Defense secretary Lloyd Austin described the incident Wednesday in a press conference, saying, “Two Russian jets dumped fuel on an unmanned U.S. MQ-9 aircraft conducting routine operations in international airspace. And one Russian jet intercepted and hit our MQ-9 aircraft, resulting in a crash.”
U.S. drones will continue to fly "wherever international law allows," U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said in a telephone conversation with Sergei Shoigu. Austin emphasized: The Russian Air Force should use its military aircraft "in a safe and professional manner." pic.twitter.com/DRqtvZFUxy

Secretary Austin heavily criticized the recurring issues stating that this incident is “a part of a pattern of aggressive and risky and unsafe actions by Russian pilots in international airspace.” Russia has also declined that the aircrafts ever touched each other and that the United States in wrong in their over-escalation of this issue.
Alright so two russian SU-27 jets dumped fuel on a US Reaper drone over international waters.
Then apparently rammed it, damaging the propeller, forcing the drone to crash land into the Black Sea.
I mean why not shoot it at this point? It's a deliberate attack, no question. pic.twitter.com/IGPzIEY9iL

Following this, Russian ambassador Anatoly Anotov stated “We assume that United States will refrain from further speculation and stop flights near Russian borders.” This sounds like he is saying it in a warning type of manner.
Two US military fighter pilots were interviewed on the scenario and said that any type of fuel the Russian fighter pilots intended to dump would most likely have been vaporized instantly. Sounds like a lot of conflicting reports as to how it all went down here.
SEAN HANNITY: Putin's thugs took down a US drone and Biden's done nothing https://t.co/vrVT24qnzL
— Fox News (@FoxNews) March 16, 2023
As mentioned in the above post by Sean Hannity, One thing is clear. So far there has been no response from president Biden. Not sure what the motives are here but hopefully there is some course of action taken soon.
Russia is losing the war with Ukraine so they downed the US drone to provoke the United States into starting a war to provide Russia with an an excuse to use nuclear weapons on Ukraine.

The Officials from Ukraine have stated that they believe this is was done on purpose to get a response out of the United States. “The incident with the American MQ-9 Reaper UAV — provoked by Russia over the Black Sea — is Putin’s way of signaling his readiness to expand the conflict to involve other parties,” said National Security and Defense Council Secretary Oleksiy Danilov. “The purpose of this all-in tactic is to always be raising the stakes.”

With today’s loss of a U.S. Air Force MQ-9 Reaper drone in the Black Sea, we are once again reminded of the treacherous reality of our involvement in the Russia-Ukraine war.
The United States of America has already been depleted of more than $100 Billion for aid to Ukraine.…

Putin runs a low cost war, mass producing artillery ammo and attack drones while keeping the Ukraine power grid down with occasional missile attacks. Biden bleeds billions into an increasingly unpopular proxy war. Putin turned RAND’s ‘Unbalancing Russia’ playbook against the US.

Why didn't Russia just shoot the drone down? Why pour fuel on it? We aren't going to war over a drone. We didn't give China back their "Balloon". Russia isn't going to give back our drone. The Taliban isn't going to give back our weapons. That's how enemies work. Joe should know. pic.twitter.com/jvKgTEOsXB

General Mark Milley claims the Reaper Drone brought down by Russia is in waters too deep to recover. He should get the Ukrainian deepsea divers who blew up Nord Stream to go down a retrieve the drone lost in the Black Sea.https://t.co/ppCWaIE4AP

The Following video is the Aerial footage of the Russian fighter jet and a US drone colliding has just been released by the United States Military.
The US has released the footage of the drone incident over the Black Sea.
So, a US fighter jet fired a $400,000 Sidewinder missile to down a Chinese weather balloon, and a Russian fighter jet downed a US Reaper drone by just urinating on it.

– Communications were lost for a couple of seconds with the drone just as the image gets pixelated.
– When the video feed resumed it’s clear that the propeller blade was damaged.
– The US drone was forced down over the Black Sea after this collision.
– US officials are uncertain if they will be able to recover the drone and Russians have said that they will try to.
– The video camera is situated under the drone itself, and this clip shows the second pass made like this by the Russian Jet:
