Child Molester Sentenced To Juvenile Facility After Coming Out As Trans

A transgender California woman has been sentenced to serve two years in a juvenile facility after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl.

Tubbs, a 26-year-old who now goes by Hannah, recently pleaded guilty to molesting a girl in a women’s bathroom when Tubbs was two weeks away from turning 18.

According to Fox News, prosecutors said Tubbs did not identify as a woman until after he was taken into custody for the attack.

“Tubbs is 26 years old. Unlike George Gascon’s false narrative, she is not a ‘kid,'” L.A. Deputy District Attorney Jon Hatami told Fox News Digital.

“There was evidence presented at the juvenile proceedings which showed that Tubbs sexually assaulted two young girls in different incidents in the past. The child victims will suffer lifelong trauma. Tubbs also has prior violent convictions and conduct as an adult,” he said.

“This clearly shows you the dangerous aspect of the blanket policies of George Gascón,” Hatami told the Los Angeles Times.

The Lost Angeles Times reported that Tubbs walked into a bathroom in 2014 and grabbed the 10-year-old by the throat, locked her in a bathroom stall and put her hands down the girl’s pants.

Tubbs was sentenced to two years in a juvenile facility because she began identifying as female after she was taken into custody and Gascon refused to try her as an adult.

According to Fox News, “In L.A. County, juvenile facilities can house both females and males, but in separate areas. Tubbs will be housed with the females”.

“James Tubbs will not have to register as a sex offender, will not spend any time in county jail or state prison, will be 26 and housed with juveniles for a very short period of time, and will be released with no probation or parole monitoring,” Hatami said.

Tubbs has a criminal record including arrests for battery, drug possession and probation violations. There is also a conviction for assault with a deadly weapon and a separate allegation of sexually assaulting a minor.
