Rittenhouse Prosecutors Don’t Want Men Shot Being Called ‘Rioters’ and ‘Looters’

Kyle Rittenhouse appears for an extradition hearing in Lake County court Friday, Oct. 30, 2020, in Waukegan, Ill. The 17-year-old is accused of killing two demonstrators in Kenosha, Wis., on Aug. 25, 2020, two days after a police officer trying to arrest Jacob Blake shot him seven times in the back, paralyzing him from the waist down. Unfortunately, Kyle Rittenhouse is extremely unlikely to receive a fair trial without a tainted jury pool.

Fox News reported, Kyle Rittenhouse is scheduled to make another Wisconsin court appearance Monday, as a judge weighs whether to allow a self-defense expert to testify and Kenosha prosecutors are expected to ask the court to ban the three men shot from being called “looters” or “rioters” during the upcoming trial.

Why should a self defense expert not be allowed to testify during a trial regarding self defense? It’s hard to believe that this is something the judge even has to “weigh”.

Banning the terms “looters” and “rioters” from being used to describe Joseph Rosenbaum, Gaige Grosskreutz, and Anthony Huber is an omission of the truth.

Joseph Rosenbaum, the first man shot (and killed), first encountered Kyle as the 17 year old attempted to extinguish a dumpster fire at a gas station.

Rosenbaum promptly chased down Rittenhouse and assaulted him before being shot.

Earlier in the night Rosenbaum could be seen battering other individuals and yelling “shoot me n—a,” despite being a white individual.

Grosskreutz was first seen on video just before. Grosskreutz fired the first shot of the night. As Rosenbaum charged for Rittenhouse, in the background an arm can be seen raised above the crowd and a bullet exists the chamber.

Grosskreutz and Anthony Huber chased Rittenhouse down for several minutes as he retreated from the scene to avoid anymore violence.

After falling down, Huber assaulted Rittenhouse with a skateboard and attempted to steal his firearm. As this happened, Grosskreutz attempted to shoot Rittenhouse at point blank with his glock pistol. He false surrendered at least once.

Huber was shot and killed after attacking the grounded Rittenhouse. Grosskreutz was shot in the arm which he used to hold the glock and survived.

These three men, Rosenbaum, Grosskreutz, and Huber were rioters. Rosenbaum was a criminal who had sought trouble the entire night. Grosskreutz was the first person to fire a gun in Kenosha that night. Huber was a violent protestors who hunted down an individual who had not actually committed a crime and attempted to kill him. Vigilante Justice, is not justice.
