Pastor Artur Pawlowski took on six police officers who disrupted a Passover celebration on Saturday in Alberta, Canada citing COVID-19 concerns.
Pawlowski took a video of the confrontation that went viral over social media.
“Please, get out, immediately get out of this property,” he told the officers repeatedly. Every time he said it, the louder and more aggressive he sounded.
When one of the city officials tried to say something he said, “I don’t want to hear a word. Out! Out! Out of this property immediately until you come back with a warrant, out.”
As the police officers were hesitating to leave, Pawlowski started calling them “Nazis” and “Gestapo.”
“I don’t care what you have to say, out! Out of this property you Nazis. Out! Gestapo is not allowed here,” he said.
Once the police left the building he continued to shout after them, “Nazis are not welcome here, out. And don’t come back without a warrant.”
Pawlowski turned the camera to himself and said, “Passover, the holiest Christian festival in a year, and they’re coming to intimidate Christians during the holiest festival? Unbelievable … it’s beyond me.”
