Hunter Biden, son of President Biden and 53 years of age, has been warned by the court that he could face jail time if he chooses to not show up for his court hearing in July.
The hearing is regarding allegations made by Lunden Roberts who claims that Hunter has been withholding financial records to reduce his child support payments.
Judge Holly Meyer will consider Roberts’ request for sanctions against Hunter at the July hearing, which includes having him jailed for up to six months.

The judge said that a motion for contempt against Hunter will be dependent on the truth of his statements regarding his ability to pay.
In May, Meyer called out Hunter for overly redacting his financial documents submitted to support his request for a lower child support payment. Hunter flew in a luxury private jet owned by his friend Kevin Morris from DC to the courthouse in Arkansas, where the hearing will be held.
The trip may have cost between $55,000 to $117,000.
The paternity case was filed by Roberts in 2019 when Hunter denied that he was the baby’s father. The case was reopened in September when Hunter asked the court to lower the child support payment.
The court ordered him to pay when the DNA test confirmed that Navy was his baby.
In July, Hunter has to appear before a Batesville, Arkansas, court to answer Roberts’ allegations. The mother of the child demands that Hunter hands over his financial records and faces the sanctions she’s requested if he doesn’t.
