Mark Judson, a North Carolina congressional candidate, claims actress Gina Carano “should be in prison”.
In response to an article published by The Daily Wire about Whoopi Goldberg’s suspension, Judson tweeted, “Gina Carano got fired – Good! She pushed “The Big Lie” – she should be in Prison – not in movies”.
Goldberg was suspended for two weeks for comments about the Holocaust, while Carano was fired by Disney for re-posting an image to her Instagram Stories.
“If RepubliQans weren’t too lazy too read – they might Google the definition of ‘Seditious Conspiracy’,” Judson added. “It’s time to take out the trash”.
Since being fired, Carano has been hired by Ben Shapiro to create movies for the Daily Wire. After Goldberg’s suspension, Carano took to Twitter to mention Shapiro.
“I want to send blessings & love out to the Jewish community,” she said. “When I was being smeared, cancelled & misunderstood, it was a Jewish man @benshapiro who reached out & asked if I’d like to talk about it”.
“Maybe @WhoopiGoldberg could talk to Ben. Conversation over cancellation,” she concluded.
Judson has also repeatedly expressed his belief that former President Donald Trump should be in prison. At the end of January, he called for Trump to be arrested and claimed the U.S. was involved in a civil war.
“MAGA keeps accusing me of ‘wanting’ a Civil War. Let me be clear: I don’t WANT a Civil War – I want people to understand that we’re ALREADY IN a Civil War – and we damn well better win it!” he tweeted.
“RepubliQans started it – and Americans need to finish it! #Nazis #ArrestTrumpNow,” he added.
He has also insisted that “If you vote for RepubliQans, then you are actively engaging in Voter Suppression, which is a DIRECT ATTACK on American Democracy!”
