Father Of Ahmaud Arbery: ‘ALL LIVES MATTER’

After the jury found Travis McMichael, his father and his neighbor guilty in the murder of Amaud Arbery, his father Marcus Arbery delivered a uniting message.

“For real, all lives matter, not just black children, we don’t want to see nobody go through this, I don’t want to see no daddy watch their kid get shot down like that.” He said.

Arbery’s father expressed that the issue is everyone’s issue. He called for everyone to continue fighting to make the world a better place.

“It’s all our problem. So hey, let’s keep fighting and let’s keep doing it and making this place a better place for all human beings, all human beings, everybody. Love everybody. All human beings need to be treated equally.”

Last year, Arbery was gunned down after a group of men chased him down. Arbery was caught trespassing on a construction site.

After being chased down, the men, specifically Travis McMichael pulled guns on Arbery. When Arbery fought back and attempted to wrestle the gun from McMichael he was shot 3 times ultimately killing him.

Now all 3 men, Travis McMichael, Greg McMichael and William “Roddie” Bryan, their neighbor were found guilty in Arbery’s murder.

Travis was found guilty of murder with malice. His father Greg was found guilty of felony murder, and the same for Bryan.
