Is this a win for Freedom? The Wisconsin Supreme Court has struck down Gov. Tony Evers’ statewide mask mandate, ruling that the Democrat exceeded his authority by issuing the order.
The court ruled 4-3 that Evers has violated state law by issuing multiple emergency orders to extend the mandate for months. This ruling has stripped the governor of one of his last remaining covid controls.
