This strong legal move by Trump comes after he fearlessly pled not guilty in a Manhattan court on April 4 to 34 felony charges, including falsifying business records to cover up $130,000 in reimbursement payments to Cohen. Cohen paid adult-film actress Stormy Daniels in 2016, attempting to keep her quiet about an alleged affair with Trump. It is crucial to note that Cohen is at the heart of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s investigation into Trump’s payment.
