Everyone is aware that the energetic entrepreneur and political enthusiast, Donald Trump, along with his stylish wife Melania Trump, have taken up residence in the private Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida. Proudly declaring this move via a public announcement, Donald made this his and his family’s permanent residential address on October 31, 2019. ‘The White House is a dearest place to me,’ he expressed with his usual flair, ‘and I would love for it to be my home for another promising 5 years, yet Palm Beach, Florida has now become our new haven.’

The intriguing history of the Trump family’s abode dates back to when Donald Trump was still the nation’s president and he affectionately termed Mar-a-Lago the ‘Southern White House.’ The scenic journey from the glamorous life in Manhattan to the relaxed atmosphere in Mar-a-Lago was embarked upon not just by the stalwart himself, following the 2020 election, but also by the elegant Melania and their charming son Barron Trump. Following their parents’ footsteps, the elder Trump siblings shortly made Florida their home too.

The Trump family’s choice of residence is an interesting topic for many. Nestled in the heart of Florida, Mar-a-Lago holds immense meaning for Donald Trump, Melania Trump, and their adolescent son, Barron Trump. The estate, gorgeously christened Mar-a-Lago, translating to ‘Sea to Lake’ in Spanish, has been home to the Trumps since 2019 when they made a permanent move there.

Dating back to 1985, Donald Trump secured the estate with a mere $10 million. A stunning property that boasts 33 exuberant bathrooms and the security of three bomb shelters, it also allows one to indulge in the delight of a nine-hole golf course. Smartly foreseeing the potential, Trump, after a decade of purchase, transformed the estate into an exclusive private club equipped with a spa, exquisite tennis and croquet courts, and introduced a beautiful ballroom and a beach club.

Spread over 17-fetching-acres, Mar-a-Lago is a spectacle to behold. While the size may seem substantial for an estate, once acquainted with the property, it becomes apparent that every inch is meticulously planned. With 500 privileged members who find solace in this private club, the estate is buzzing with activity and life.

Although the exact living quarters’ size remains a well-kept secret, it is speculated that it ranges between a comfortable 2,000 to 3,000 square feet. Barron Trump, who spent his early years in the towering Trump Tower in Manhattan, adapted to this new environment ever since his father assumed the prestigious position as the 45th president in the early days of 2017.

The highly regarded Donald Trump Jr. and his partner Kimberly Guilfoyle are illustrious residents of Jupiter, Florida, owning a grand home they purchased for a cool $9.7 million in March 2021. This eminent couple resides in the security of Admirals Cove, a prestigious gated community located approximately 20 miles north of Mar-a-Lago.

Their extravagant dwelling at 492 Mariner Drive features dens of luxury: a tastefully done-up wine room, a theater for private screenings, an inbuilt elevator, a kitchen fit for a chef, guest wings for visiting dignitaries, and a private dock complementing a sparkling pool. The Trump couple, united since 2018, remains one of the most distinguished figures in the community.

Eric Trump, a vibrant son of Donald Trump and Ivana Trump, also chose Jupiter, Florida, as his home. Accompanied by his wife, Lara Trump, they relocated in May 2021 from the busy life of Westchester, New York. They invested in a plush $3.2 million home in the secure confines of the Trump National Golf Club.

Donald Trump’s influence clearly spreads beyond politics as he also runs successful Florida operations like Trump National and Trump International Golf Course in West Palm Beach, along with Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach and Trump National Doral Miami-Dade County.

As a testament to the Trump dynasty, both Donald Jr. and Eric Trump, who are the executive vice presidents of the Trump Organization, efficiently run the family business from the Jupiter club offices. Both gentlemen have their residences in Jupiter, Eric within the Trump National residential community and Donald Jr. in the cloistered Admirals Cove.

The poised Ivanka Trump, along with her husband Jared Kushner, have found a home they love in what is colloquially called Billionaire Bunker. It is reported that the couple invested $32 million into an empty waterfront lot they acquired from renowned singer Julio Iglesias.

Billionaire Bunker, originally named Indian Creek Village, is a private island near Miami Beach, Florida. It is an epitome of elite residences not just in Florida, but also around the world owing to its extremely selective residential list. To name a few, it houses some of the world’s richest people, including the former First Daughter herself and the universally recognized GOAT of football.

The 300-acre island in Biscayne Bay boasts of around 30 magnificent homes, an ultra-exclusive country club, and a golf course. The sprawling mansions and the Indian Creek Country Club find their connection to the mainland via the Surfside Bridge. An additional layer of security is provided by the area’s own law enforcement, the Indian Creek Village Police Department.

Adding to the Trump ensemble in Florida, the vivacious Tiffany Trump, daughter of Donald Trump and his second wife Marla Maples, with her husband, the billionaire Michael Boulos, have found their nest in Miami. The delightful pair took up residence following Tiffany’s graduation from Georgetown University and exchanged wedding vows in November 2022 at their beloved Mar-a-Lago, marking a joyous event for the entire Trump clan in their adopted home state of Florida.
