Donald Trump is endorsing not just Republicans, but also Democrats – and they’re winning.
The Daily Caller reported, The former president jokingly endorsed two Democratic candidates running in the New York primary, Rep. Carolyn Maloney and attorney Dan Goldman. Goldman then won the Democratic nomination to represent New York’s 10th district in Congress, while Maloney lost her bid to Democratic New York Rep. Jerry Nadler.
“Looks like a fantastic evening of ALL WINS — Great Candidates!!!” The 45th President said on Truth Social after primary elections in Florida and New York.
He said in another post, “26 and 0 tonight, turning numerous tight races into big endorsements and easy wins!”
Nicole Malliotakis, Elise Stefanik, and Claudia Tenney all also won their primaries, each being endorsed by Trump.
Trump endorsee Markwayne Mullin also came out victorious against T.W. Shannon during Senate primaries in Oklahoma.
To date, the former President has made more than 40 endorsements ahead of the 2022 mid-term elections.
This year Trump has had a massive win streak with his endorsed candidates, many of them winning their primaries.
Trump has also jumped in popularity after the FBI raided his Mar-a-Lago residence in Palm Beach Florida.
Polls show that after the raid he claimed a significant advantage over his prospective opponent Ron DeSantis in the polls.
The Raid came after Attorney General Merrick Garland personally approved a search warrant on Trump’s resort.
This of course caused massive public outrage and left a distaste for the DOJ and FBI among Americans.
Many called the action “persecution of a political opponent”.
