John Nolte II, a man implicated in a Seminole County slaying, was seized on Friday in the city of Houston by specialized officers from the Texas Rangers. According to District 22 District Attorney Erik Johnson, an arrest warrant had been issued against Nolte from Seminole County and that led to his capture. Nolte is facing imminent felony allegations of murder and conspiracy, directly related to the unfortunate death of Jacob Washington in May 2023, as informed by Johnson.
Jacob Washington, 33, had been unaccounted for since May 12, 2023. Eventually, his body was discovered on May 17, 2023, exhibiting serious signs of decomposition. The location of the body was an oil field path branching out from the old Highway 270, painting a grim picture of the crime.
District Attorney Erik Johnson mentioned that, following the crime scene protocol, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) Crime Scene Unit was called to the scene for processing. The team gathered essential physical evidence required for the investigation.
