Newly Released Emails Reveal Hunter Biden’s Extensive White House Access

LISTEN HERE:

America First Legal recently shared details from their lawsuit against the National Archives and Records Administration, which led to the release of a substantial number of emails exchanged between Hunter Biden’s firm, Rosemont Seneca, and the office of then-Vice President Joe Biden.

The sheer volume of these emails highlights their significance. Since America First Legal’s previous release, an additional 861 emails were processed by NARA, all sent or received between January 2011 and December 2013, involving Hunter Biden’s company, Rosemont Seneca.

Notably, the majority of these emails comprised direct communications between employees of Rosemont Seneca, including Hunter Biden, and the Office of the Vice President.

Despite President Biden’s claims and the assertions of White House spokespeople about a clear separation between Hunter Biden and his father’s business endeavors, the emails obtained and released by America First Legal seem to contradict these statements. Notably, the White House exercised executive privilege to prevent the release of 200 emails to AFL.

These emails shed light on Hunter Biden’s active involvement in organizing various White House events, such as state luncheons, arrival ceremonies, state dinners, and visits. Throughout the Obama administration, Hunter and his associates frequently relied on the Biden name for access to the White House, enjoying a level of access unsurpassed by others.

Even without an official position at the White House, individuals associated with Rosemont Seneca, like Schwerin, managed to obtain unfettered access to the West Wing. This leverage allowed them to push their requests and secure privileges, such as expedited access to the White House for Davenport.

America First Legal highlighted that Rosemont Seneca directly contacted the Office of the Vice President, referring to the last-minute Christmas tour as a ‘Big favor for Hunter.’ This particular instance demonstrates how Hunter Biden utilized his connections to the White House for the benefit of those associated with Rosemont Seneca.

Furthermore, Hunter Biden frequently communicated with the Office of the Vice President to overcome business obstacles. At Hunter’s direction, the Rosemont Seneca team reached out to the OVP correspondence director to acquire a letter for an associate.

During this interaction, Hunter’s assistant at Rosemont Seneca extended a warm welcome to the new White House staffer, emphasizing the close ties between the two groups. These records substantiate the claims that there was no clear separation between the Office of the Vice President and Hunter Biden, but rather extensive cooperation between them.

It is evident to those paying attention that President Biden has repeatedly made false statements regarding his alleged disassociation from his son’s business dealings.

The American people deserve a leader who is truthful and accountable. With House Republicans planning an impeachment inquiry in the near future, it is crucial that accountability is sought expeditiously.
