This is not Tamanaha’s first run in with the law. In fact, he’s been arrested three prior times for public intoxication and drug possession.

Fox News claims that their 50 foot tall Christmas tree takes over 21 hours to fully put together. It had ten thousand glass ornaments and one hundred thousand  glass lights hanging from its branches.

No other suspects have been taken into custody over the incident. The police say that the man acted alone when setting the massive tree ablaze.
