LISTEN HERE:
Devon Archer, a longtime friend and business associate of Hunter Biden, is set to provide testimony before the House Oversight Committee on Monday.
This appearance is part of the committee’s ongoing investigation into the ventures of the Biden family and any potential involvement by President Biden. Committee Chairman James Comer, a Republican from Kentucky, had subpoenaed Archer last month after several previously planned depositions were canceled for personal reasons.
According to reports, Archer is preparing to testify about President Biden’s interactions with numerous business associates of Hunter Biden during his tenure as vice president from 2009 to 2017.
If these claims turn out to be true, they would cast doubt on the White House’s repeated assertions that Biden had no business involvement with his son, never discussed his son’s business dealings, and had no knowledge of them.

Archer is expected to provide details of the meetings he witnessed in which both Joe and Hunter Biden were present, either in person or through telephone communication. Additionally, he is reportedly poised to testify about Hunter introducing his father to foreign business partners or potential investors.
Devon Archer’s forthcoming testimony stems from his extensive firsthand knowledge of the business arrangements and alleged involvement of Joe Biden. Over the years, Archer has worked closely with Hunter Biden, serving on the board of Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings since 2014.
He also co-founded investment firm Rosemont Seneca along with the president’s son and Christopher Heinz, stepson of Climate Envoy John Kerry, where Archer held the position of managing director.
Furthermore, in 2013, Archer co-founded BHR Partners, a joint-venture between Rosemont Seneca and Chinese investment firm Bohai Capital.
Operated as a Beijing-backed private equity firm controlled by Bank of China Limited, BHR Partners became another prominent entity associated with Archer. However, he had to resign from BHR Partners in May 2016 due to facing a federal investigation.
In February 2022, Archer was convicted for defrauding a Native American tribal entity and various investment advisory clients, resulting in a prison sentence of one year and a day.
The crimes involved the issuance of bonds by the tribal entity and their fraudulent sale using deceptive means, as per the Justice Department’s findings.
Archer’s testimony is a significant development in Comer’s investigation, which has uncovered more than 20 companies linked to the Biden family and their business associates, as well as the receipt of over $10 million from foreign nationals while Joe Biden served as vice president.
The committee is particularly concerned about potential attempts by the Biden family to leverage their influence and their efforts to obscure the origin of these funds.
One focus of the investigation is an FD-1023 form, a crucial FBI document that contains allegations of coercion by Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
The document suggests that they coerced Mykola Zlochevsky, the CEO of Burisma, to pay millions of dollars to help remove the Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating the company.
At the time, Joe Biden was responsible for U.S.-Ukraine policy during the Obama administration, and while he has acknowledged his role in the prosecutor’s dismissal, supporters argue it aligned with U.S. policy.
During the upcoming deposition, the committee is expected to question Archer about any knowledge he may have regarding the alleged payments to the Bidens, considering his position on the Burisma board. It’s worth noting that the FD-1023 document is part of an ongoing federal investigation, adding to the significance of Archer’s testimony.
Committee sources informed Fox News Digital about ongoing federal investigations related to the allegations contained in the FD-1023 document. Committee Chairman Comer made a statement prior to Archer’s deposition, claiming that Joe Biden had misled the American people by denying any knowledge of his son’s business dealings.
Comer emphasized the committee’s commitment to exposing what they believe to be the Bidens’ corrupt influence-peddling practices that may have led to financial gains alongside compromised American interests.
Comer further criticized the corporate media and the Justice Department for their alleged efforts to cover up for the Bidens, suggesting a prioritization of personal matters over the welfare of the American people.
He reassured the public that the Oversight Committee remains dedicated to pursuing the truth and ensuring transparency and accountability in government affairs. Comer expressed enthusiasm for speaking with Devon Archer, emphasizing the intention to explore Joe Biden’s involvement in his family’s business activities.
Archer’s attorney highlighted the prevalence of leaks and speculations about Archer’s potential statements before the committee. Despite the circulating rumors, the attorney confirmed that Archer eagerly anticipates expressing his own viewpoints during the deposition.
