Among other accusations, he faces a misdemeanor for deliberately disrupting a 911 call. On a significantly graver note, Ibarra is also facing a slew of felonious charges—including those of malicious murder, abduction, unlawful imprisonment, aggravated assault, severe battery, and clandestinely disposing of a cadaver. The dreadful account of Riley’s demise revealed horrifying damage to her skull, allegedly inflicted by Ibarra.
