In an impactful discussion during a ‘NewsNation’ interview with Chris Cuomo, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s right-hand, Nicole Shanahan, provided a scathing critique of Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris and the Democratic party at large. Shanahan lambasted Harris for her public commentary on ‘price-gouging’ within the food sector. She also criticized the Democratic party for their initiative to sideline the Kennedy duo from the presidential contest.

‘Speaking candidly, the Democrats, notwithstanding them receiving fewer finances from their top ten benefactors, they’ve allocated an excessive amount of resources towards eliminating third party contenders; creating PACs specifically with this objective.’ Shanahan shared with Cuomo, candidly. Unlike their Democratic counterparts, the Republican party has performed no such acts, according to Shanahan.

What we started on Friday was an inspiring journey which crossed a significant divide. We were able to locate an ally who was eager to give our revolutionary ideas a place on the central stage, introducing millions to Bobby’s distinct perspective,” she said, praising ex-President Donald Trump.

The conversation with Cuomo brought several points of potential disparity between the Kennedy team and Trump to the forefront. Cuomo queried, ‘What assurances have you been given about the influence you would wield over these matters in the current administration, and conversely, why are you, known for your strategic acumen, so readily placing faith in Donald Trump’s promises?’

Addressing Cuomo’s second query first, Shanahan explained: ‘Given our present circumstances, we’ve committed a year – Bobby has been actively campaigning for over a year. During this time, we’ve traversed the nation, engaged with various constituents and interacted with a broad spectrum of political ideologies, precisely as one should when vying for a representative post.’

‘Couldn’t agree more,’ Cuomo unreservedly conceded. ‘You ought to be in the thick of the populace, interacting and listening,’ Shanahan elaborated. ‘Our fundamental duty is to carry this collective voice to anyone genuine in their wish to heed the issues troubling the American public, perceiving where their distress lies. Let’s consider the farmers, for instance, who are grossly marginalized at this time. This situational awareness leads to my critique of Kamala Harris’ proposition to cap food prices.’

Harris, on August 16, pledged to a North Carolina audience, ‘I’m committed to advocating the first-ever federal prohibition on food price gouging.’ Shanahan vehemently pushed back against this notion, stating, ‘Our farmers are praying for relief. This is not a matter of ‘price gouging’. To postulate that our beleaguered farmers are ‘price-gouging’ is far from the truth. To whom should I relay this message today? Do tell, Chris.’

Cuomo conceded that Shanahan’s argument carried weight, responding with, ‘Indeed, that’s a legitimate critique.’ Subsequently asking, ‘Who will lend me an ear? I’ve presented these concerns for years to the Democratic Party, but sadly, no one has been receptive,’ expressed Shanahan.

‘This predicament didn’t simply emerge one fine morning. It wasn’t a sudden revelation causing me to abandon the Democratic Party. I’ve employed all means within my prowess to capture someone’s attention, someone who’d truly listen and comprehend the hard science, hear the cries from the trenches, genuinely listen to American voices.’

‘Assessment of people should be influenced by their responses, by their comrades, and as things stand, Trump has surrounded himself with remarkable individuals. He is always keen, always ready to really listen,’ she maintained. ‘His eagerness to understand, certify facts, and then query, ‘Who is going to assist me in this endeavor?’ is commendable. And Bobby has always reassured him, ‘I am here to see it through.”

Robert Kennedy Jr.’s partner in politics, Nicole Shanahan, had a frank discussion with the Democratic Party when confronted by Chris Cuomo about the source of her trust in the former President Trump. In response to why this savvy individual would place her trust in Trump, Shanahan gave her detailed explanation.

No part of the discussion was held back, she expressed her views free from hesitation and concern towards any backlash. Shanahan has been known for her strategic acumen, her sharp mind, and her innate ability to foresee political dynamics. Her trust in Donald Trump opened up several discussions about her trust in him and the potential consequences of it, but she stood firm with her reasoning.
