Jussie Smollett testified Monday after staging a hate crime against himself, and misleading the police.

During the trial Tuesday, a video was shown to the jury of Jussie Smollett doing a “dry run” one day before his alleged hate crime attack.

The video depicted Smollett walking near the scene of the alleged attack with Nigerian brothers Olabinjo and Abimbola Osundairo on Jan. 27, 2019.

Breitbart reported, Smollett said he met Abimbola Osundairo in 2017 at a club, where he learned Osundairo also worked on the set of “Empire.” He said the two men did drugs together and went to a bathhouse, where Smollett said they “made out.” Over time, he said the two men did more drugs together and participated in sex actions together

Bola Osundairo had testified previously that the relationship between him and Smollett was not sexual despite Jussies gay bathhouse story.

Ola Osundario alleges that Smollett did in fact pay him to stage the event. Smollett claims that he and Ola did not get along very well. “(He) took the vibe out of the room” Jussie said.

The Prosecutors claim that the brothers were given a $3,500 check and $100 for supplies, while Smollett’s defense attorney claims that the brothers attacked the actor because they did not like him.

Chicago Police detective Michael Theis claims that Smollett was never “forthcoming” with investigators after the attack had happened.

Smollett would not allow the police to look through his phone, nor would he provide a DNA sample. The actor had a far fetched notion that the Police were “leaking information to the media”.
