Internet Celebrity Ashley St. Clair Claims Elon Musk is Parent of Her Child

Unveiled text correspondences, reportedly delivered by Elon Musk, are under scrutiny as an internet celebrity files suit, claiming to be the mother of Musk’s 13th offspring. Earlier this month, Ashley St. Clair made public that she co-parents a child with the entrepreneur. ‘Elon Musk is the parent to my child, who was born five months back,’ she declared. She chose to remain silent about this until now, in an attempt to protect the child from the prying eyes of the media, but with the threat of uncontrolled media exposure, she deemed it necessary to break her silence. Musk has yet to validate, publicly acknowledge or react to these accusations.

The unfolding legal drama reveals St. Clair filing a lawsuit to gain exclusive custody of the child, simultaneously establishing Musk as the recognized father. The case has been lodged in the New York Supreme Court. According to the digital personality, her liaison with Musk began in May 2023, leading to their son’s conception in January of the following year. The child has been identified as R.S.C. as per official documents.

St. Clair, in her allegations, hints that Musk has ‘accepted the parentage of her child in various documented communications’ she has shared with him. She provides proof of this claim with a couple of images included in the lawsuit. These images present conversations attributed to her and Musk.

Specifically, in a text exchange dated 24 November, she forwards a selfie to him, eliciting his response of ‘hi cutie,’ followed by an explicit statement of his wish for another child with her. Consequently, a text purported to be from the entrepreneur on 2 February of this year mentions their mutual goal to raise a large family.

The disclosed chats also include an exchange from the date their son was born, showcasing St. Clair in the hospital with the newborn in her arms. Musk, responding to the image, apparently inquires about their well-being. His question is met by her assertion that their son is in perfect health. He purportedly responds to this by expressing his eagerness to meet them over the weekend.

An additional discussed point revolves around their child’s safety, given the perceived threat to Musk’s life. An alleged message from him reads: ‘This is not a moment for emotional indulgence over safety considerations. If I falter in security measures, our son will grow up without knowing his father.’ His concern is met by St. Clair’s reassurance, stating that the child’s birth certificate does not carry his father’s name and the child bears her last name.

Musk purportedly deems this precaution as ‘necessary for now’. Part of her legal submission includes St. Clair’s claim that Musk has only seen their son thrice and does not intend to demand child support. Her primary aim is sole custody and official recognition of Musk as the child’s father.

In a statement, she asserts to be the primary caregiver, meeting all vital needs of the child on a daily basis. From feeding, bathing to overall emotional needs, she handles everything singlehandedly. Looking back, Musk, by his choice, has had merely three face-to-face meetings with their child, showing no inclination towards custody.

She emphasizes his limited interaction by stating: ‘His choice has resulted in no more than three in-person visits with our child and he hasn’t expressed interest in pursuing custody rights.’ Further solidifying her position as the predominant caregiver in the everyday life of their son.
