In Chicago 13 people were killed and 64 were injured in the violent spree of weekend shootings on our nations birthday.
New York and Baltimore were also hot spots for violent crime. 7 were killed in the Big Apple with 40 were injured. In Baltimore 3 died and 6 were injured.
Polls from July 2nd show that Americans are divided on how to combat the crime surge in cities across the union.
The very same poll also shows that the up-tick in crime is having disaster out effects on Joe Biden’s approval ratings.
Police departments from coast to coast are understaffed as a result of falling recruitment. This is undoubtedly has a cause and effect relationship with the crime surge.
