The root cause of this disagreement appears to lie in certain decisions and actions related to President Joe Biden’s discourse with Florida’s Republican Governor, Ron DeSantis, amidst two severe hurricanes.

The day after the President’s broadcast, Vice President Harris was featured on a television show. In a different event, President Biden mentioned his collaborative endeavors with Governor DeSantis for hurricane relief.
