Gavin Newsom Caught Playing Harris’ Campaign Lackey in Philadelphia

Governor Gavin Newsom of California is said to be present in the post-debate spin room, playing the part of the lackey for Kamala Harris’ campaign in Philadelphia. Apparently, this was revealed by an member who wishes to remain anonymous. It seems that the Harris campaign also has a number of other unknown surrogates making an appearance for the debate.

In a recent conversation with Rickey Smiley, which made it to broadcast early this morning, Kamala Harris gave away her worry about facing Donald Trump in an upcoming debate. Her comments suggested she is getting ready for a battle against a president she accused of resorting to a ‘really old and tired playbook’.

Going by the interview Harris gave last week, it is clear she is expecting Trump to stoop very low in terms of conduct during the debate. We are supposed to be prepared for that. She also added that everyone should be ready for Trump to sidestep the truth and get ready to hear him share a lot of untruths.

Moreover, Kamala Harris seems to be invested in casting Trump in a negative light, with emphasis on what she thinks is his priority – himself, not the American people. These bias-fueled views are expected to come into play during the course of the debate.

Harris also speculated that Trump would resort to ‘lying’ during the debate, an unfounded claim apparently based on his previous controversies involving Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. She advised listeners to be ready for such a display of dishonesty.

Harris seems desperate to make a dent in Trump’s strong stance on economy, as she believes it to be a decisive factor in the upcoming election.

Trying to mask the vulnerability that has been her constant companion since she replaced Joe Biden as the Democratic presidential nominee – a widespread disappointment with soaring prices – Harris is diverting her focus to fruitful discussions on economy. This strategy might be aiming to mollify voters who are still experiencing the unwanted sting of economic agony.

In an unexpected development, former President Trump used his Truth Social platform to announce his support for the Florida ballot measure that aims to legalize marijuana. This step showcases his commitment to decriminalizing minor marijuana offenses and reducing needless arrests and imprisoning.

Trump’s stance is clear that he would vote ‘YES’ for Amendment 3 this November. He advocates for wise regulations coupled with access for adults to safe, tested marijuana products.

Trump also ensured that if elected, his government would prioritize further research to unfold the medical utilities of marijuana and downgrade it to a Schedule 3 drug. He also expressed his support to facilitate banking for legally authorized state firms, and for empowering states to pass their own marijuana regulations, as successfully done in Florida.

In a previous statement, Trump anticipated the successful passing of the ballot measure and also emphasized the need to control the use of marijuana in public spaces through state laws.

As legislators return to the Capitol following a six-week summer vacation, the threats of a possible government shutdown loom large. The lawmakers now face the daunting task of finding a way to prevent a shutdown within the next three weeks.

The end of the fiscal year draws near and unless legislative action is taken, government funding will cease by September 30. Trump has encouraged Republicans to enforce a shutdown if specific conditions are not met. Such a decision has the power to cause serious disruption, such as the potential closure of federal agencies and national parks, reduced public services and potential furloughs for millions of workers right before election season.

In a surprise incident during the 2019 Democratic presidential primary debate which took place in Detroit, Kamala Harris found herself under attack from then-Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii. Notably, Gabbard did not target Joe Biden, who was the primary contender at the time.

Harris was clearly taken aback when Tulsi Gabbard took her on during the debate, ignoring Joe Biden who was the key candidate at that point. This odd narrative is playing a big part in setting the stage for Tuesday’s debate.
