FBI Agents Have Evidence To CHARGE Hunter Biden

According to a new report, federal agents believe they have enough evidence to charge Hunter Biden with tax crimes and for lying during a gun purchase.

Agents have ben building a criminal case against Joe Biden’s son for months, reported the Washington Post, which cited people familiar with the investigation.

Originally, the investigation focused on Hunter’s overseas business dealings. It then moved to whether he reported all his income from foreign transactions.

The Post said the next step in the investigation depends on if Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss brings a case against Hunter Biden.

Weiss was appointed by Donald Trump in 2018, the same year the investigation into Hunter Biden began.

According to the Post, Attorney General Merrick Garland has made it clear that Weiss is in charge of overseeing the case.

In December of 2020, Hunter Biden said that his “tax affairs” were being investigated by federal authorities in Delaware.

He added that he was “confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately.”

When the investigation began in 2018, agents were looking to see if Hunter and his business partners violated various laws during their dealings in China and other areas.

After Hunter dropped off his laptop at a Delaware repair shop in 2019 and never reclaimed it, agents searched it for emails and other records related to the deals.

In regard to Hunter’s gun purchase, an investigation was launched by Delaware State Police and the FBI in late 2018 after an incident with his sister-in-law.

Hallie Biden, Hunter’s partner at the time, took his gun and tossed it into a trash can across from a high school because she was afraid he was going to kill himself, reported Politico.

She reported the gun missing and tried to retrieve it but it was gone.

As police investigated the gun, Secret Service agents intervened and contacted the owner of the store where the gun was purchased.

The paperwork from the transaction showed that Hunter answered “no” to the question “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?”

It was assumed he lied based on his own admission in a memoir that he was addicted to crack around the time he bought the gun.

Chris Clark, an attorney for Hunter Biden, said in a statement that “It is a federal felony for a federal agent to leak information about a Grand Jury investigation such as this one.”

“Any agent you cite as a source in your article apparently has committed such a felony. We expect the Department of Justice will diligently investigate and prosecute such bad actors,” he continued.
