Ron DeSantis is now threatening to Sue the Biden Administration over vaccine mandates according to a Thursday press conference.
Fox News reported, The governor’s comments came during a press conference in Fort Myers on monoclonal antibody treatments, which the governor has worked to make more accessible in the state to prevent severe COVID-19 infections.
The Governor claimed that Florida would contest any and all mandates in court immediately. He said that the lawsuits would be filed in the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
“I think that the mandate is going to lose in court,” DeSantis said during the press conference. He continued on, explaining that Florida has “a responsibility at the state level to do whatever we need to do to protect Floridians from mandates that could result in them losing their jobs.”
Rewinding back to December, Biden was asked if he believes that vaccines should be mandatory. At that time he stated plainly “No I don’t think it should be mandatory, I wouldn’t demand it be mandatory.”
The President has now completely back pedalled and is doing everything in his power to force the vaccine on as many people as possible under threat of losing their jobs.
This is yet another example of the Biden Administration double crossing its constituents. Using deceit to win over voters is one of Biden’s most popular tactics.
