A UFC official confirmed that Rogan had a scheduling conflict and would still be on color commentary for UFC 272 in March.

Israel Adesanya had defended Rogan at the pre-fight press conference Thursday. “I’ve been in this fight game since 2008 and Joe Rogan is one of the nicest, coolest, humble motherf**kers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Understand that. F**k the noise,” he said.

After UFC 271, White told the media, “There’s no conflict of schedule. Joe Rogan didn’t work tonight”.

“Joe Rogan could’ve worked tonight…I don’t know what Joe Rogan had to do, you guys will have to ask Joe Rogan,” he added.

“There was no ‘Joe couldn’t work’ or anything like that. I know that came out, and it’s total bull***t,” he continued.

When asked if Rogan would be expected back in March, White said, “whenever he’s going work again, he’ll be working, yeah”.

On an episode of the Full Send podcast, White was asked about people cancelling Joe Rogan. In response, he said, “You’re not going cancelling Rogan”.

“The thing is with Rogan, he’s a brilliant guy and he does his homework and he knows what he’s talking about,” White added. “Guess what this is f**king America, and you can have your own opinions about these things and you can voice them. That’s what this f**king country was built on”.
