The California Attractions and Parks Association (CAPA) set standards for theme parks in Southern California to reopen next month, but it’s not something anyone can shout about, literally.
In a statement CAPA released, they said, “Face covering usage and/or modifications to seat loading patterns will be required on amusement park rides to mitigate the effects of shouting. Additionally, on rides, guests generally face in one direction.”
The new guidelines also do not allow for groups to exceed 10 people from more than three different households, and there is no indoor dining allowed. All tickets must be reserved online and in advance.
