It is the belief of many that a Capitol police officer was killed in the line of duty during the Capitol 6th riot. This is not true.
Fox News reported: “U.S. Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick suffered two strokes and died of natural causes the day after he confronted rioters during the Jan. 6 insurrection, according to Washington’s top medical examiner.”
Sicknick was 42 years old and passed away only a single day after defending the Capitol from insurrection on January 6th.
He passed away in the hospital on January 7th.
His official cause of death has not been released, along with some other information from the case. Authorities had to treat the investigation into his death as a homicide.
After autopsies were finished, and before he was kid to rest, officer Sicknick’s remains were cremated.
This information completely changes what many thought they may have known about what actually happened in January 6th.
