Liberal members of the Canadian Parliament are willing to outright lie in an attempt to label freedom protestors as Nazis.
MP Ya’ara Saks alleged that “Honk Honk” sentencing circulating around social media that alludes to support for the protests, is a dog whistle that means “Heil Hitler”.
“How many guns need to be seized? How much vitriol do we have to see of “Honk Honk” which is a new acronym [sic] of “Heil Hitler”? What do we need to see by these protesters on social media?” She questioned
“Honk, Honk” is used to reference the Freedom Convoy truckers who used their horns to demonstrate against the Canadian government. It’s unlikely that anyone intended to make any connection to the Nazi leader of World War 2.
In fact, the only connection that exists is that “Honk, Honk” as an acronym is “HH” similar to “Heil Hitler”. Using this line of logic, without evidence, one could make a connection between almost any two things.
Saks made these comments while testifying in defense of Trudeau’s use of the Federal Emergencies Act. Ironically, this act bears striking resemblance to the Enabling Act of 1933 invoked by Hitler. The decree abolished most civil liberties including the right to speak, assemble, protest, and due process.
Trudeau has robbed Canadians of due process, placing financial sanctions on citizens who have not been convicted or found guilty of any crime extrajudicially, arbitrarily, and without court orders.
