Biden’s Employment Let Down

Experts expected a job growth of nearly one million in the month of April. Instead that number amounted to 266,000.

It seems as though nearly every business is hiring. In some states, McDonald’s has begun stuffing job applications inside customer’s bags.

But why go out and get a real job when you could hang back and rely on Uncle Sam to pay your bills? The only problem is that Uncle Sam gets his money from people who have a real job.

Oddly enough, in May of last year Donald Trump faced a nearly inverse situation. Rather than dealing with a recovering nation he faced a nation in peril. Rather than economists predicting a positive outcome for the month, they predicted disaster.

In May of 2020: The economy gained 2.5 million jobs, which was the first time there was an increase in workers since February. Unemployment fell from 14.7% to 13.3%. Economists had expected unemployment to rise to 19.5% leaving it at the highest it has been since the Great Depression. The Dow Jones rose 800 points.

The May increase was the largest one month job increase since 1939. The record was not even close. President Donald J Trump crushed it against all odds.

With all odds in his favor, Joe Biden could not break 266,000 while economists expected one million.
