Biden Could Pay ILLEGAL Immigrants MORE Than Families Of Fallen Troops

A reported plan by Joe Biden to pay illegal immigrant families separated under Trump’s zero tolerance policy $450,000 per person may over shadow compensation paid to 9/12 victims and next of kin to fallen service members.

Typically the next of kin to a fallen service member would receive $100,000, but the number could also be as high as $400,000 if the service member contributed to the Servicemember Group Life Insurance.

Fox News reported, Separately, comparisons have been drawn to the payouts for 9/11 victims. The Journal reported that a DHS attorney complained that the payouts could amount to more than what some families of 9/11 victims received — which funded averaged awards of around $2 million, but some significantly lower. However, other officials reportedly pushed back on the comparison, saying the U.S. government was not responsible for 9/11.

In order to be eligible for the $450,000 payout, the illegal would have to be in violation of 8 U.S. code 1325 Improper Entry by Alien. This law makes the act of entering the United States as an alien without express permission from border officials a crime.

Any family separation that happens at the southern border is the fault of nobody, other than the illegal(s) who violated U.S. code. The law is clear, and the individual breaking it made a conscious choice to do so.

Why would the American government pay to villagers of its law just under 9 times the average salary of an American citizen and 4x the baseline death gratuity for fallen soldiers?

Those receiving the handout are not Americans who sacrificed their lives to protect their citizenry. They are criminals.
