The Beau Biden Foundation is intended to assist children experiencing abuse. The Delaware charity raked in nearly four million in 2020 despite only half a million actually going towards the cause.
$932,865 of the donated cash went towards salaries, nearly double what was spent on the charity’s actual cause. The foundation was of course founded by Joe Biden and his wife Jill.
Patricia Dailey Lewis alone scored a whopping $150,000 for the year 2020 including a bonus of $3,500. Lewis served as Delawares deputy attorney general under the President’s son.
Another Democrat operative named Joshua Alcorn was the COO of the charity before it shut down in 2020, Alcorn banked $131,437 salary. He was also a longtime campaign consultant for Joe and Beau.
One last notable member of the charity is of course Hunter Biden who served on the board of the Biden Foundation. Though, it’s unclear if he made any money while serving as chairman.
This truth certainly raises eyebrows and causes bystanders to question the ethics of a charity only spending a fraction of its donations on the cause that it claims to stand for.
It would appear that more than anything the cause of the Beau Biden Foundation, is lining the pockets of its workers with high salaries.
