As Kamala Harris aides come and go, the Vice President has been described as a “bully boss” who’s management style is “soul-destroying”.
Harris can be seen on TV laughing and cheerful, but according to reports she is agonizing to work with behind the curtain.
Former staffer Jill Duran called out the VP saying, “Who are the next talented people you’re going to bring in and burn through and then have pretend they’re retiring for positive reasons?”
Harris’ former employees describe her as being generally incompetent. They allege that she fails to read briefing materials, but then lashes out after realizing that she’s under prepared.
Duran claims that her “destructive patterns” have caused recent “turmoil(s)”. According to Duran, with every issue there is always one “common denominator” and that denominator is Harris.
“One of the things we’ve said in our little text groups among each other is what is the common denominator through all this and it’s her,” the former aide said.
Some other individuals who have worked under her claim that Harris is tough on her workers but not unreasonable.
“I’ve never had an experience in my long history with Kamala where I felt like she was unfair,” said Sean Clegg who worked for Harris in 2008, but not as an executive staffer.
Others allude to Kamala’s laziness when saying: “It’s clear that you’re not working with somebody who is willing to do the prep and the work.”
