Trump: Illegal Migrants Let In By Biden Should Not Get Trials Before Deportation

President Donald Trump is making it clear that the United States must take decisive action against the flood of illegal immigration unleashed by Joe Biden’s open-border policies. In a bold statement this week, Trump declared that illegal aliens who entered the country under the current administration should be deported immediately—without lengthy court proceedings or taxpayer-funded legal protections.

“We cannot give everyone a trial,” Trump said. “That’s not how any country survives a mass invasion. They need to be deported, fast and efficiently.”

The statement reflects growing frustration among Americans as millions of illegal migrants have poured into the U.S. over the last three years. Under Biden’s policies, asylum loopholes, mass parole, and catch-and-release programs have allowed record-breaking numbers of border crossers to remain in the country while awaiting court hearings that may be years away—if they show up at all.

President Trump’s stance is rooted in a return to swift enforcement and the use of expedited removal policies that proved effective during his first term. These measures allowed immigration officials to deport individuals who entered the country illegally without dragging the process through years of court battles funded by U.S. taxpayers.

“America has every right to protect its sovereignty,” Trump said. “People who break into our country don’t get to stay and clog up our courts. They go back. That’s how it works in a serious nation.”

Critics from the left, predictably, have accused Trump of being too harsh. But for many Americans, especially those living in border states and communities overwhelmed by the crisis, his comments are a long-overdue return to common sense. With immigration courts hopelessly backlogged and cities across the country buckling under the cost of illegal migration, Trump’s proposal to streamline deportations is gaining support.

Border Patrol agents, overwhelmed and understaffed, have reported that cartels and smugglers are exploiting the current system’s loopholes with impunity. Under Biden, many migrants are processed and released with little to no vetting, contributing to a rise in crime, fentanyl trafficking, and strained social services.

Trump’s proposed solution is simple: enforce the law and end the abuse of America’s legal system. The former—and likely future—Commander in Chief has long said that illegal aliens who enter the country under mass migration waves should not be entitled to due process in the same manner as U.S. citizens. Instead, he supports immediate removal under expedited procedures, especially for those who cannot prove legitimate asylum claims.

With the 2026 election cycle heating up, Trump’s tough-on-immigration message continues to resonate with voters demanding action, not excuses.

“This isn’t about politics—it’s about survival,” Trump said. “If we don’t fix this, we won’t have a country left to fight over.”
