Calling him “Murderer Kyle Rittenhouse”, the students are reportedly planning a rally Wednesday. Flyers for the event were shared online, reading “KILLER OFF OUR CAMPUS” and demanding the university “protect students from a violent, blood-thirsty murderer”.

Rittenhouse was found not guilty of all charges against him on Nov. 19.

The flyer listed 4 demands from students including withdrawing Rittenhouse from ASU and releasing a statement “against white supremacy & racist murderer Kyle Rittenhouse”.

They also demanded the university “reaffirm support for the multicultural center on campus as a safe space from White Supremacy” and redirect police funding to the multicultural center.

Below the demands, the flyer says “Even with a not-guilty verdict from a flawed ‘justice’ system – Kyle Rittenhouse is still guilty to his victims and the families of those victims”.

A spokesperson for ASU’s Students for Socialism told Fox News that students “do not feel safe knowing that a mass shooter” is “o carelessly allowed to be admitted to the school at all”.

A Students for Socialism chapter spokesperson also spoke to Fox News, saying “The decision made by the court is one of thousands of cases that have been influenced by biased judges, predominantly white juries, and mistakes inherent in a judicial system founded off of injustice to begin with”.
