15 States Threaten Legal Action Against Biden Over Women’s Sports

15 states are threatening legal action against President Joe Biden in an effort to protect women’s sports.

“We are prepared to take legal action to uphold Title IX’s plain meaning and safeguard the integrity of women’s sports,” Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen wrote, leading the charge against Biden’s department of education. The letter was then signed by 14 more Attorneys from states around the country.

The letter was signed by Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Texas.

In recent years women’s sports have been ravaged by biological men competing in women’s leagues at all levels. The practice has even infiltrated the Olympics with transgender weightlifter Laurel Hubbard competing against women.

The most prolific example of this is happening in the NCAA. Female Ivy League swimmers are being ripped off and cheated by Lia Thomas, who was born a male and swam competitively as a man up until this point.

Thomas recently won the NCAA championship for the women’s 500 freestyle despite having a male body that would have easily beaten out by male competitors. The swimmer went from being essentially rankless as a swimmer, to be the top “female” swimmer on the college level.

This has caused outrage with many, including Florida State governor, Ron DeSantis calling for the second-place swimmer to be dubbed the winner.
