Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett revealed on Tuesday’s “Hannity” that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg hid Hundreds of pages evidence from the New York grand jury. Jarrett called for the disbarment of the prosecuting attorneys involved in the case.

Jarrett stated “I mentioned it yesterday, i think when Bob Costello got into that room and told them “Wait a minute. You don’t have the hundreds of pages I handed over to Alvin Bragg over here? You only have 6 cherry picked documents? You know hiding from grand juries exculpatory information is reprehensible and unconscionable.”

Jarrett continued “And the conduct of Alvin Bragg and his henchman Mark Pomerantz, who specifically says in his book, “Were targeting zombies because we don’t like his beliefs.” This behavior deserves for them to be disbarred.

In a recent development in the investigation into former President Donald Trump’s alleged payment to adult actress Stormy Daniels, attorney Robert Costello, a former legal adviser to Michael Cohen, was called as a key witness in the New York grand jury. During his testimony, Costello revealed that the testimony from Cohen is “far from solid evidence,” and called him “totally unreliable” in the probe against Trump.

Costello further stated that he chose to testify because he wanted to tell the truth to the grand jurors, despite being cautioned against it. He emphasized that if there is solid evidence against Trump, he is fine with it, but that Michael Cohen is not valid evidence. Costello also mentioned that he used to be the deputy chief of the criminal division in the Southern District of New York, and he would not have touched someone like Michael Cohen.

Harvard Law Professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz added his perspective. “You know in my new book, “Get Trump”, I go through all those four allegations and I say “Theres plenty of smoke, but theres no fire. And if there were a fire it would be set by arsonists.”

Dershowitz added that Costello has changed the game and may be the reason for the case delay.  He explained that the case now only has two possible outcomes. Either Bragg will try to make the case without Cohen, which would be unethical because of Costello’s testimony, or he will have to drop the case altogether if he cannot make it without Cohen.

The situation with Cohen is complicated, as he pleaded guilty in 2018 to “charges of tax evasion, making false statements to a federally insured bank, and campaign finance violations in connection with an alleged $130,000 payment to a lawyer representing adult actress Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford.” Cohen claims that Trump directed him to arrange the payment to Daniels as “hush money” in order to buy her silence after she claimed to have had an affair with him during his 2016 presidential campaign. The payment was allegedly made using campaign funds, which is a violation of campaign finance law. Although there is no proof of this.

With Trump expected to face a potential indictment from the grand jury on Wednesday, the situation continues to unfold. While the investigation and the allegations have been ongoing for some time, it remains to be seen what the outcome will be, and whether or not the evidence against Trump will hold up in court.

Should the proceedings go as expected, Donald Trump, will reportedly turn himself in to the authorities and get set to begin trial.
